Internship Program
Remote – System Thinker – Creative Engineer – Growth Operator
Build real-world digital systems that combine strategy, design, and technology to solve meaningful problems and create scalable impact. You are both analytical and creative. You think in systems and execute with precision. You understand how strategy connects with design and development. You collaborate with clarity and take ownership of outcomes. You balance structured thinking with creative exploration to deliver work that is intentional, scalable, and built to perform.
Your Responsibilities
As an intern at Clayro Studio, you won’t be doing routine tasks — you’ll be contributing to real systems. Whether you’re a designer (UI/UX or visual), developer, AI enthusiast, strategist, or growth-focused thinker, you’ll work on meaningful projects from day one.
You’ll collaborate across strategy, design, engineering, and growth teams, contribute ideas in structured discussions, and gain hands-on experience building solutions that are thoughtfully designed and engineered to scale. With guidance from experienced mentors, you’ll refine your thinking, strengthen your execution, and develop a portfolio that reflects real, impactful work.

How it works
We offer four, 3-month-long internship programs each year, starting in January, April, July, and October. Over three months, you’ll be integrated into our workflows — joining internal syncs, contributing to live projects, and participating in reviews across different stages of execution.
You’ll have regular mentor check-ins, exposure to multiple disciplines, and a structured learning experience built around real work. By the end, you’ll walk away with practical experience, stronger problem-solving skills, and work that reflects your ability to think, build, and scale.
